Daughter has had 2 separate electrical issues on 2 Rav4's that others misdiagnosed. The techs here found very simple fixes by doing a full diagnostic. Second time turned out to be a very simple, but easily overlooked battery connection that manifested as a mechanical issue that shut the car down. Daughter's a student at UNC & we've had awful experiences with mechanics throwing parts cannons at our vehicles in our home town.
